Lazada D12 Downgrade Plan

Dear Zetpy User,

To ensure Lazada’s platform stability during the campaign period, Lazada will temporarily suspend the following API features for all sellers and products based on the schedules below:

SST Increase to 8% Starting 1st March 2024

Dear all valued customers,

In compliance with Malaysia’s new service tax rate increase, Zetpy will be required to increase the SST rate charged on our invoices from 6% to 8% starting March 1, 2024.

The updated SST charges will be reflected on your invoices.

Lazada 2022 D12 API Downgrade Plan

Dear Zetpy Users, as Lazada will temporarily disable some of their API features in order to ensure their platform stability during 12.12 sales, the features below in Zetpy’s Lazada Plugin will be temporarily disabled as well:
1. From 2022-12-11 23:30 to 2022-12-12 00:30 Malaysia Time
a) Pricing Update
b) Stock Update
c) Creating new Products and upload image
d) Editing product details and image
e) Removing Products
Based on Lazada’s announcement, the API features above are expected to be back online after 2022-12-12 at 12.30 am

2. Feature below will also be disabled from 2022-12-11: 22:30:00 – 2022-12-12 01:30:00 SG time
a) Creating Global Product
Based on Lazada’s announcement, the API feature above are expected to be back online after 2022-12-12 at 1.30 am

Please DO NOT conduct Bulk Stock Update and Bulk Price Update from 2022-12-11 10.00 pmin Zetpy to prevent any unforeseen inconveniences. The features in Zetpy are expected to be back on 2022-12-12 2.00 am. [Announcement] Take Note Of The Lazada Platform Restriction During 11.11

11.11 Mega Campaign of 2021 is coming very soon.

To ensure a smooth and consistent shopping experience for sellers, Lazada will restrict the access to some of the services on the platform during the campaign days, and lock the prices of the products for campaign products.

Please take note of the schedule below, and details of the service restriction, and prepare the campaign activities in advance.

Affected Products: All products

Time Period: 10th November 2021 (23:45) to 11th November 2021 (00:40)

[New Feature] Import Orders from Zetpy to Xero Accounting

To import orders from Zetpy to Xero Accounting, you need to setup Xero plugin settings as follows:

  • Import Order Status Settings.
  • Export Order Settings.
  • Customer Settings.

Once done, you can start to sync orders to Xero Accounting.

  1. Click on Add Orders.
  2. Select Order by searching and select one or multiple orders.
  3. Click Sync Orders for order to sync to Xero.

Note: If ‘Auto Sync Order’ is enabled in Settings, the order will be synced automatically to Xero.

[New Feature] Sync Product from Xero Accounting to Zetpy

To sync products from Xero Accounting, you need to setup Sync Product, Stock, and Price in Xero plugin.

Go to Xero plugin > Account Credentials.

Set up ‘Import Product Settings’ and the new product will be synced to Zetpy.

[New Feature] Setup Xero Accounting inside Zetpy

Setup Xero Accounting plugin by adding and install Xero plugin in Zetpy.

Click on Connect to Zero > Allow Access. Xero plugin will successfully connected to your Xero account.
