We are expanding our infrastructure to improve performance. To ensure your WooCommerce store continues to sync without interruption, please add our new IP address to your firewall (Wordfence, Cloudflare, etc.) or server settings before the deadline below.

What do I need to do?

If you use a security firewall (like Wordfence, Cloudflare, or Sucuri) on your WooCommerce store, you need to ADD our new IP address to your “Allow List” (Whitelist).

Here are the details to copy and paste:

  • New IP Address: 18.136.44.161

  • Deadline: 5 January 2026

⚠️ Important Note

Please DO NOT delete any old Zetpy IP addresses. Just add this new one to the list. We need both the old and new addresses to keep your connection working perfectly.

Please mark your calendars! We have scheduled these upgrades during off-peak hours to minimize disruption to your daily operations.

Zetpy services will be temporarily paused during the following windows:

– Window 1: Wednesday, 31 December 2025 | 12:00 AM – 2:00 AM

– Window 2: Saturday, 03 January 2026 | 12:00 AM – 2:00 AM

💡 How to Prepare: A Quick Checklist

To ensure a smooth transition and data integrity during the upgrade, we recommend the following best practices:

  1. Wrap Up Early: Please complete all bulk product edits, price changes, and stock updates before 8:00 PM on the evening prior to the maintenance.

  2. Avoid Last-Minute Uploads: Do not schedule any Product updates during the maintenance window, as the system will be offline.

  3. Relax: Marketplaces will continue to accept orders while we are down. Once Zetpy is back online, we will automatically sync all pending orders and inventory updates immediately.

⚠️ Lazada 12.12 API Downtime – Important Notice for Zetpy Users

Lazada has announced scheduled API downtime in preparation for the 12.12 mega sales event, which will temporarily affect integration services between Lazada and connected platforms – including Zetpy.


 

🕒 When the Downtime Happens

According to Lazada’s official update, the downtime will occur as part of their system preparation and maintenance window leading up to 12 December 2025.

【SG/MY/PH】Downgrade Time Period as UTC+8 Time:

  • Window 1: 2025-12-11 19:30:00 ~ 2025-12-11 20:30:00

  • Window 2: 2025-12-11 23:30:00 ~ 2025-12-12 00:30:00


 

🚫 What Functions May Be Affected

During the downtime, you may experience temporary disruptions on Lazada-connected features in Zetpy:

  • Stock Update – Stock changes from Zetpy might not be reflected immediately on Lazada.

  • Product Update – Editing or pushing product data to Lazada (including price changes) will not able to sync during this downtime.

  • Image Sync – Uploading or migrating images will be disabled.


 

🕒 Other Key Downtime Window

  • Nov 11, 2025 (19:30) – Nov 12, 2025 (01:30) ⚠️ Sellers will be unable to create Global Products during this period.

  • Nov 11, 2025 (00:00) – Nov 14, 2025 (23:59) ⚠️ Any Brand Registration approvals made during this window will only appear after the downtime ends.

Don’t worry – Here’s how you can prepare:

  1. Avoid making bulk updates (product, price, stock) during the downtime period.

  2. Process pending orders early to prevent shipment delays.

  3. Please update your stock at least two hours before the update/downtime starts (before 7:30 PM on 11 Dec).

If you’re running flash deals or campaigns during the 12.12 event, plan your sync and updates at least 24 hours before the downtime begins to minimize disruption.
