TikTok Shop MY Fulfillment Update
TikTok Shop Malaysia introduced new fulfillment timelines will apply from 12th May 2025 onwards.

Recently, TikTok Shop has introduced new fulfillment timelines for Standard Order Shipping Process, designed to ensure a more seamless shopping experience. To help you adjust, there will be a relaxed enforcement period for violations until 9th June 2025.
In this post, we’ll break down the important changes and what you need to know to stay compliant with TikTok Shop’s new fulfillment policies.
Why This Matters
These updated timelines are part of TikTok Shop’s efforts to improve order fulfillment and provide a better shopping experience for customers. Sellers need to make sure that they are staying compliant with these new timelines as it is crucial for maintaining a positive seller performance rating. During the relaxed enforcement period, you have some leeway, but after 9th June 2025, TikTok Shop Malaysia will be strictly executing these updates.

Key Changes in Fulfillment Timelines
Starting from 12th May 2025, TikTok Shop will be enforcing the below updated timelines for when orders need to be handed over to Logistics Service Providers (LSPs)
For orders that placed between 12 am to 12pm on a working day

The order must be packed and handed over to LSP by 23:59 on the same working day.
For orders that placed after 12pm to 11.59pm on a working day and orders that placed on a non working day

These orders must be packed and handed over to Shipping Provider by 23:59H on the next working day.
Please take note that based on TikTok Shop Definition, A “working day” in most regions in Malaysia is from Monday to Friday, but in Kedah, Kelantan, and Terengganu, a working day runs from Sunday to Thursday.
Auto-Cancellation Policy: What You Need to Know
Furthermore, TikTok Shop will automatically cancel orders that don’t meet the following criteria:

For orders placed on a working day/ non working day:

The order must be set to “Awaiting Collection” latest by 11:59pm on the next working day after the order was placed.

Or, if the order is ready to ship, it must be under “Shipped” by 11.59pm, three working days from when the order was placed.
