Shopee Sellers: Your Bulk Print Feature in Zetpy Just Got a Turbo-Charge!

🚀 Say Goodbye to the “Printing Pause”: Zetpy’s Bulk Printing Just Got a Turbo-Charge!

As a Shopee seller, there is nothing better than seeing a mountain of orders come in. But there’s also nothing more frustrating than the bulk print function takes some time to generate the documents while your packing team stands around waiting.

We’ve heard your feedback loud and clear: “Why does printing a large batch take so long?” and “Why can’t I print my AWB and Other document types together?”

We didn’t just tweak the system, instead we rebuilt the engine. We’ve completely overhauled Zetpy Bulk Printing to make your fulfillment faster, smarter, and way less stressful.

⏱️ Less Waiting, More Packing

Printing time just got a massive improvement. Instead of waiting 2.5 minutes for your 50 documents to generate, you’re ready to go in just 90 seconds. That’s extra time back in your pocket for every single batch you print!

📑 No more separate printing sessions due to different document type.

Now, you can mix and match different documents type up to 50 orders at once.

– Need an Airway Bill?

– Plus a Packing List?

– And a Carrier Manifest?

Select them all together, hit print once, and you’re done. No more separate printing session for different type of documents and zero stress.

💬 What Our Customers Say

TikTok Shop Malaysia Introduces New Platform Support Fee Starting Feb 15, 2026

If you are selling on TikTok Shop Malaysia, there is an important update regarding your store’s fee structure. To ensure your business remains profitable and your operations stay smooth, here is everything you need to know about the new Platform Support Fee.

What is the Platform Support Fee?

Starting from 15 February 2026 (00:00 GMT+8), TikTok Shop Malaysia will introduce a fixed Platform Support Fee of RM0.50 (RM0.54 inclusive of 8% SST) for every successfully delivered order.

Unlike the commission fee, which is percentage-based, this is a flat fee per order, regardless of how many items are in the parcel or the total value of the order.

Here is an example given by TikTok Shop.

Why is TikTok Shop doing this?

According to TikTok Shop Academy, this fee is part of a broader strategy to reinvest into the ecosystem. The funds will be used to improve:

– Seller Center Tools: Better features for managing your shop.

– Logistics & Infrastructure: Faster and more reliable shipping.

– User Experience: Driving more traffic and better buyer protection to increase your conversion rates.

What You Can Do in Zetpy

To stay ahead of these changes, use Zetpy’s powerful automation tools to manage your margins and simplify your bookkeeping:

– Bulk Update Your Prices: A flat fee of RM0.54 per order can eat into margins, especially for low-priced items. Use Zetpy’s TikTok Shop Bulk Price Edit feature to adjust your prices across your entire catalog in just a few clicks.

– Create Profitable Bundles: Since the fee is charged per order (not per item), bundling products is a smart move. Use Zetpy Product Bundles to create attractive combinations that encourage larger cart sizes, effectively spreading the flat fee across multiple items.

– Monitor Real-Time Inventory: With TikTok’s increased investment in traffic, expect more orders! Use Zetpy to sync your stock across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada in real-time to avoid overselling and maintain a high seller rating.

Are there any exemptions?

The good news is that TikTok Shop is offering exemptions to support new sellers and SMEs. You might not have to pay this fee if you fall into these categories:

  1. New Marketplace Sellers: You are exempted for the first 120 days after your first product listing.

  2. SME/Small Sellers: You are exempted if, in the previous 30-day assessment period, you had:

    • 100 or fewer completed orders; OR

    • Between 101 to 200 orders with a total GMV of not more than RM3,000.

  3. Essential Categories: Orders containing items like Bakery Ingredients, Fresh & Frozen food, Groceries, and certain Textbooks are exempted.

Key Dates to Remember

  • Assessment Period: Evaluation happens on the 16th of every month.

  • Implementation Date: 15 February 2026.
