Dear Zetpy Users, Lazada will temporarily disable some of their API features in order to ensure their platform stability during Lazada 11.11 sales.

 

  1. The features below in Zetpy’s Lazada Plugin will be temporarily disabled as well：

  1. Brand related Feature will also be disabled from 2024-11-07 00:00:00 ～ 2024-11-12 00:00:00 (UTC+8)
  • Brand registrations approved during this period will only appear after the end of the downgrade period.

 

Please DO NOT conduct Bulk Stock Update and Bulk Price Update on these 2 days in Zetpy to prevent any unforeseen inconveniences.

Upcoming Server Maintenance for 10.10 Sales

Important: Shopee’s Data Protection Policy

Dear Valued Customers,

As a Shopee Service Partner and ISV Developer, Zetpy is required to comply with the Shopee Open Platform Partner rules, including the Shopee Open Platform Data Protection Policy.

Key points of this policy, particularly Clause 10.6 and 10.7 (under Section 10: Storage, Handling, and Disposal), are as follows:

 

Clause 10.6: “You shall not retain or store any Personal Data and Restricted Data (including but not limited to the Customer Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and Address) that is subject to this DPP for any period of time longer than is necessary to serve the purposes of this Agreement (which, in any event, shall be no longer than ninety (90) days, subject to applicable law). Thereafter, all data should be disposed of in accordance with Clause 10.7 below.”

 

Clause 10.7: “You will dispose of the relevant Protected Data when it is deemed no longer necessary to continue being preserved, or has exceeded industry best practices for the time/duration/age of the Protected Data. Protected Data should be disposed of in a method that prevents any recovery of the data in accordance with industry best practices for shredding of physical documents and wiping of electronic media. You will destroy any equipment containing Protected Data that is damaged or non-functional. All Protected Data must be rendered unreadable and unrecoverable regardless of the form (physical or electronic).”

Immediate Changes on Zetpy Inventory Platform:

Effective immediately, merchants will no longer be able to access or recover order data (including but not limited to Customer Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and Address) that is 90 days or older.
