Lazada Commission Fee Updates Effective 1 November 2025 – What Sellers Must Know

Starting 1 November 2025, Lazada will adjust its commission structure for both LazMall sellers and Marketplace sellers. These changes are part of Lazada’s continuous efforts to improve the platform, but they also mean sellers will need to plan their pricing and cost management more carefully.

1. LazMall Sellers

– Commission fees for LazMall sellers will be revised upwards across selected categories.

– The updated commission rates vary by category, with some categories seeing an increase of 1%.”

– Lazada explains this adjustment is to further support branding, marketing, and logistics services provided to LazMall partners.

2. Marketplace Sellers

– Commission fees for Marketplace sellers will also increase starting 1 November 2025.

– Just like LazMall, the increment depends on the category of goods.

– Commission fee charges will only be incurred once sellers have been on the Lazada platform for more than 120 days (i.e. day 121 on Lazada). The commission fee is subject to 8% SST.

  • Do not perform stock updates or product detail adjustments from 8:00 PM on 8 and 12 October 2025 onwards before each maintenance window.
