TikTok Shop Announces Changes to Commission and Transaction Fees Effective on 5th September 2024

Transaction Fee

TikTok Shop will automatically deduct a fee from the final order/payout settlement. This is called the Transaction Fee, a service fee charged to all sellers (both Local-to-Local and Crossborder) for processing successful orders in TikTok Shop.

This Transaction Fee Rate is:

Before 00:00, September 5th, 2024, Malaysia time (GMT+8): 2.16% (SST inclusive)

From 00:00, September 5th, 2024, Malaysia time (GMT+8): 3.78% (SST inclusive)

Commission Fee

Starting from 00:00, September 5th, 2024, Malaysia time (GMT+8), TikTok Shop will revise the Marketplace Commission Fee and Transaction Fee. Concurrently, TikTok Shop will introduce the Mall Commission Fee to Sellers in the Mall Program only.
