About the Speaker:

Koh Tak Song – Founder, KK Smart Ecommerce Sdn Bhd

Koh is the founder of KK Global ECommerce enabler who is passionate to help onboard Malaysia businesses to eCommerce. Koh is an active key influencer in building inclusive eCommerce in Malaysia and bringing the benefits of eCommerce to secondary cities and rural areas.

In 2019, Koh had travel to many secondary cities such as Sitiawan, Teluk Intan, Kangar and other rural areas to share his knowledge in eCommerce. Koh had successfully provided training and onboard more than 200 businesses in local and international eCommerce platform such as Lazada and eBay. His best record is helping a Perak business in Cross Border eCommerce by tripling their sales and profit, from RM 4 million to RM 12 million within 12 months in 2015 – 2016.

Due to his active contribution to Malaysia industry, he was invited by MDEC as a Partner for National ECommerce Strategic Roadmap (NeSR) Seller Adoption Program : Cross Border ECommerce Initiative.

​Koh is currently Lazada Ambassador, promoting the advantages of eCommerce in Malaysia Northern Region. Koh was also selected by Alibaba to attend the first Malaysia Netpreneur Training Program in Alibaba Headquarters. He is also one of MATRADE eAggregator in eTRADE Program.

Prior to this, Koh obtained his MBA from University of Strathclyde in 2015, and his thesis is in regards to eCommerce Consumer Behavior. He was the Head of Fix Devices for Huawei Malaysia from 2010 to 2014, and the key person to introduce Huawei VDSL modem in Malaysia Unifi. Due to his contribution to the Huawei, he was awarded the Best Employee Award for Huawei South Pacific Devices Division. He also had experience in Africa market, when he served as the Country Manager for Nokia Care in Nigeria, from 2006 to 2010

Hi all, I am Ming Zhen, just call me Ming if you can’t pronounce the word “Zhen”. I had a marketing bachelor degree at TARC KL. I shop frequently online, and I’m passionate about eCommerce and data. My key role in the company is to share and educate how Zetpy as a data technology platform, can enable sellers, manufacturers and also brand owners to sell both online and offline (omni-channel). I get great satisfaction seeing how our users and customers benefit from what we do, one of my personal goal is to help more SME make data-driven decisions!
