Order Management & Logistics
– Cancellation Request Handling (Shopee & TikTok): You can now pull orders with a ‘Cancellation Request’ status directly into Zetpy. Respond instantly by choosing to Approve (updates to Canceled) or Reject (reverts to previous status).
– High-Speed Document Generation: We’ve implemented Golang for Shopee orders to significantly speed up the generation of AWBs, Packing Lists, Pick Lists, Sales Orders, and Carrier Manifests.
– Specialized Shipping Documents: Improved AWB + Packing List layouts specifically for Shopee Instant Delivery and Brunei Direct Shipment orders.
– Smarter Product Deletion: Simplified your workflow by removing the order history check when deleting products from the ‘Deleted’ tab.
Channel & Tool Improvements
– Lazada API Reliability: Added automatic checks for product status updates (Active/Inactive). If an update fails, Zetpy will now auto-revert the status to keep your data accurate.
– Roboduck’s AI Inventory Report: You can now manually input Restock Lead Time (Days) to get more precise restocking recommendations.
– Zeoniq Integration: Modified Sales Order ‘Reference No’ to show the Order ID instead of the Channel Name for better tracking.
– Optimized API Calls: Improved performance for Shopee by optimizing the get_shipping_parameter API calls.
🛠️ Bug Fixes
We’ve polished the platform to ensure everything runs smoothly:
– Inventory Sync: Fixed an issue where TikTok stock didn’t deduct across multiple listings with the same SKU.
– Marketplace Fixes: * Shopify: Resolved order status update delays and image import timeouts.
– TikTok: Fixed a bug where cancelled orders weren’t adding stock back into Zetpy.
– Lazada/TikTok: Restored missing border lines on A6 packing lists.
– Shopee: Fixed incorrect name scraping on AWBs and region redirection issues in Multichat.
– Accounting & POS:
– Quickbooks: Prevented long descriptions from being overwritten during imports.
– Zeoniq: Fixed missing sync dates on the Order Sync page and removed sales price errors during imports.
