Purpose of Maintenance:
• Immediate resolution of critical issues affecting service performance.
• Essential updates to enhance security and stability.

 

During the Maintenance:
• Temporary service unavailability.
• Please save any ongoing work before the maintenance period.

 

Users are advised not to edit any product details and to conduct stock updates starting at 8:00 PM on July 5th and July 8th, 2025, until the maintenance period ends.

📢 [Shopee Mall Sellers] Handling Fee for Cancelled Orders Starts 21 July 2025

Shopee has announced a new policy affecting Shopee Mall sellers starting 21 July 2025:

If you have more than 10 seller-related cancellations per week, a handling fee will be charged for each affected order.

What Counts as Seller-Related Cancellations?

– Orders cancelled manually by the seller

– Orders auto-cancelled by Shopee due to unshipped items or failed pick-up/drop-off

💸 Fee Details:

– 10% of cancelled item value, capped at RM5 per order

– Charges reflected in Seller Centre > My Balance > Recent Transactions

– Email notifications will be sent before deductions (processed within 1–3 working days)

📩 Appeals?

– Submit via the Google Form in the notification email within 7 calendar days

– Appeal outcome shared in 5–7 working days

🚫 Exemptions:
No charges for buyer cancellations or failed Shopee Logistics pickups.
