As Shopee anticipates high-traffic spikes, a platform service optimisation plan will be carried out from 10 November 2021, 10.00 pm to 12 November 2021, 1.00 am to ensure a smooth user experience.

The Service Optimisation Plan will cause delays for the following Seller Centre functions:

1. Arranging shipment and printing air waybills.
2. Creating or editing product listings.
3. Managing shop decorations.

11.11 Mega Campaign of 2021 is coming very soon.

To ensure a smooth and consistent shopping experience for sellers, Lazada will restrict the access to some of the services on the platform during the campaign days, and lock the prices of the products for campaign products.
