New: SKUs Now Visible in “Add Product” Tab

Listing your products just got a lot more precise. We’ve updated the Zetpy Marketplace Plugin so your SKUs are now clearly visible in the product selection pop-up. No more guessing – now you can identify items and variants instantly when pushing products to Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento.

New: Roboduck AI Sales & Inventory Insights

We’ve just launched the beta version of our Sales & Inventory Insights, powered by Zetpy’s Roboduck AI! This is a paid feature, and we are extending this as complimentary to all the paid customers until 31st June 2026, you will receive an email on the analytics (trained with your sales data!) on every Monday morning.

Marketplace Updates:
1. Shopee: Resolved a “System Error” when approving cancellation requests and fixed an issue where recipient names were occasionally scraped incorrectly.
2. Lazada: Fixed missing border lines on A6 packing lists and resolved errors when printing combined AWBs/manifests.
3. TikTok: Resolved the “Pop-up Error” that appeared when editing certain products.
4. Shopify: Fixed the “Throttled” error during stock updates and resolved “Invalid Global ID” errors.
System & Plugins:
1. MultiChat: Fixed a stability issue where the app would occasionally close unexpectedly.
2. Bundle Products: Resolved a server error that prevented searching for specific bundle items.
3. CRM: Fixed a validation bug that incorrectly flagged emails as “taken” when adding new users.
4. WooCommerce: Corrected a variant mismatch issue between the plugin and the WooCommerce store.
