Zetpy Scheduled Maintenance: Supporting New TikTok Shop Category Structure Update
TikTok Shop is rolling out an update to improve product accuracy and search results. They’re expanding product categories from 3 levels to up to 7 levels, giving sellers clearer and more detailed category options.
Example,
Now: Home Supplies > Home Care Supplies > Home Fragrances (3 level)
New: Home Supplies > Home Care Supplies > Home Fragrances > Air Fresheners > Refills (5 levels)
This update affects all sellers in SEA, EU, and the UK, including local and cross-border merchants.
Zetpy Scheduled Maintenance (Important)
To support TikTok’s new category upgrade, Zetpy will be performing a scheduled maintenance tonight.
🕒 17 November 2025 , 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM
During this window, the following TikTok Shop functions inside Zetpy will be temporarily paused:
• Import products from TikTok Shop
• Add new products to TikTok Shop
• Edit or resync existing products to TikTok Shop
These features will resume automatically once maintenance is completed.

Don’t worry! no action is needed on your side.
Once the maintenance is done, your TikTok product syncing will continue as normal.
