Can I get help setting up Zetpy?

Are there any setup fees?
No. Zero Setup Fee. Just Sign up for Free.
Can I track components and raw materials in Zetpy?
Zetpy is designed for retailers, etailers or omnichannel merchants to sell finished goods inventory management for marketplaces, webstores and more.
Thus, we don’t manage raw material inventory (e.g., rolls of fabric, or liquids for beverages etc).
Do you charge by API calls or webhooks notifications?
No – we charge by the number of orders. The per-order fee includes all the API usage, webhooks and email notifications. So it does not matter how many API calls you make, we charge only the per-order fee only.
How many marketplaces does Zetpy supports?
Currently we support the Top 4 marketplaces at Malaysia – Lazada, Shopee, Prestomall and Lelong. On top of that, you can upload as many products as you like, and sync up to 5 account per marketplaces, at absolutely no additional cost!
Is my data secured?
Yes, infact, Zetpy is fully hosted and deployed on AWS (Amazon Web Services) Cloud!
Here are just a few of the security measures we implemented:
- 2048-bit SSL encryption
- Daily backups of the Zetpy database
- Redundant servers with redundant load balancers
- Off-site data backups to protect against local disruptions
And we recommended these practices to help keep it more secured.
- Keep your login information confidential
- Create strong passwords
- Change passwords at least every 3 to 6 months
- Don’t leave your PCs unattended while logged in to Zetpy
