Are TikTok Shop orders synced immediately to Zetpy?

It depends on the specified sales channels or marketplaces.

For Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada, the orders are pushed back to Zetpy after customers successfully checkout with the orders.

Can I create new product in TikTok Shop and import to Zetpy?

Yes! We allows multiple-times import of Products from TikTok Shop to Zetpy. However, for each import, only the newly added products will be imported.

Also, we have feature which allow you to specify exactly which product to import too!

Is it possible to change the product prices before I publish to TikTok Shop?

Absolutely. Once the TikTok Shop products are imported to Zetpy, you can change the price, the product title, the product details, the pictures etc before/after you list and sync to TikTok Shop.

Do I need to sign up for my own marketplace (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada) accounts?

Zetpy’s eCommerce Marketplace Plugin connects to your existing marketplace accounts.

If you would like to expand to a new marketplace, you will need to sign up directly on the marketplace before connecting the account to Zetpy.
