Are the orders synced immediately to Zetpy as they are placed on Lazada or LazMall?

It depends on the specified sales channels or marketplaces.

For Lazada, LazMall, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, the orders are pushed back to Zetpy after customers successfully checkout with the orders.

Can I create new product in Lazada or LazMall and import to Zetpy?

Yes! We allows multiple-times import of Products from Lazada or LazMall to Zetpy. However, for each import, only the newly added products will be imported.

Also, we have feature which allow you to specify exactly which product to import too!

Is it possible to change the product prices before I publish to Lazada or LazMall?

Absolutely. Once the Lazada or LazMall products are imported to Zetpy, you can change the price, the product title, the product details, the pictures etc before you list and sync to Lazada, LazMall etc.

Do I need to sign up for my own marketplace (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shopetc) accounts or does Zetpy do it for me?

Zetpy’s eCommerce Marketplace Plugin connects to your existing marketplace accounts.

If you would like to expand to a new marketplace, you will need to sign up directly on the marketplace before connecting the account to Zetpy.
