๐Ÿ“ข [Shopee Mall Sellers] Handling Fee for Cancelled Orders Starts 21 July 2025

Shopee has announced a new policy affecting Shopee Mall sellers starting 21 July 2025:

If you have more than 10 seller-related cancellations per week, a handling fee will be charged for each affected order.

What Counts as Seller-Related Cancellations?

– Orders cancelled manually by the seller

– Orders auto-cancelled by Shopee due to unshipped items or failed pick-up/drop-off

๐Ÿ’ธ Fee Details:

– 10% of cancelled item value, capped at RM5 per order

– Charges reflected in Seller Centre > My Balance > Recent Transactions

– Email notifications will be sent before deductions (processed within 1โ€“3 working days)

๐Ÿ“ฉ Appeals?

– Submit via the Google Form in the notification email within 7 calendar days

– Appeal outcome shared in 5โ€“7 working days

๐Ÿšซ Exemptions:
No charges for buyer cancellations or failed Shopee Logistics pickups.
